Employment Link Exchange

Our link exchange program is designed to exchange traffic with sites with related content. We are interested in exchanging links with employment and career related sites. We exchange links with four types of web sites: Employment Sites, Management and Executive Recruiters, and Sites largely devoted to Career Resources. Career Resource sites typically contain information on Interviewing, Resumes, Salary Surveys, Training and other topics directly related to careers, employment and the job search process. Business related Sites and other sites are accepted if they have moderate to high traffic and the visitors could find our link and have an interest in our site content.

We are not interested in generating a large collection of links to sites completely unrelated to our site content. We do not accept three way linking arrangements. The link exchange software automatically verifies that a reciprocal list exists on the domain requesting the exchange, and that the link exchange page has a Google page rank of 2, and a decent Alexa ranking. Sites with many links, mixed content or poorly organized categories do not generate traffic and are not included in our link exchange program. We will accept a maximum of 100 links in each of our exchange categories before we discontinue the program.

We accept and encourage exchanges with Canadian and International Employment Sites. If you site serves a particular country or market, please include this information in the site description. International sites are popular with our visitors.

Since you need to create a link to Shelbyshacks before proposing an exchange, we will notify you upon acceptance or rejection of your link, if the proposed link reasonably fits within the above guidelines. We review and update our list every two weeks.
